Back in the late 90's a well-known choreographer by the name of Paula Abdul broke out onto the music scene in a big way with a hit album. Forever Your Girl, released in 1988, produced six singles, four of which reached the #1 spot on Billboard's Hot 100. Instantaneously, Paula became a household name and by the time her second album, Spellbound, hit the stores 1991, the anticipated sophomore effort was an instant hit, as well.
