New Wave Month Song of the Day - Would I Lie to You - Eurythmics

Brit rockers Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart were the creators of 7 albums and 25 singles in the 1980's, 10 of which hit the Top 40 here in the U.S.  Though the two of them both found success both before and after Eurythmics, it was their time together that put them on the music map.  Early on, before their sound changed to pure pop (like many others...Duran Duran, Police, INXS, et. al.), they were leaders in the new wave movement, some of their earlier songs like Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This), Love Is a Stranger, and Who's That Girl fitting the genre perfectly.  here's one that came well into the height of their popularity, a more poppish song, but hard rocking and pure fun.  Check out Would I Lie to You...
