There's a reason it's taken e so long to post Katy Perry's new single.  Normally Ms. Perry puts out stellar, easy to learn pure pop sugar.  This one, not so much.  That being said, the tune has creeped into my consciousness and is more a nice chill vibe than a pop smash.  Check out Harleys In Hawaii...
