Katy Perry is back and she is on fire!  Already on her third stellar single off the new record Witness, this one is hot.  I was at a club in Philly the other night and everybody was jammin' to it.  Here's a recent performance of the tune on SNL, sans Nicki Minaj sadly.  Cool anyway!  Check it out...
