Over the years there have been several little mini-waves of Euro dance music to hit the charts here in the United States and Italian singer Ingrid's You Promised Me was always one of my favorites. With a steady, pulsating beat accompanied by the accordion and the singers accented English vocals, this one sort of makes you feel like you're in a piazza in Rome dancing up a storm with a beautiful lady.
