I'm in the corner
Watching you kiss her
It's been a long time since I've posted anything Robyn. My my calculations, she should've been coming out with some new music by now....hmmm, I'd better check that out! Anyway, here's one of her best...

Baby I don't know
Just why I love you so
Maybe it's just the way
That God made me this day
Here's a tune I've posted before. It's by French electronic duo Faul Wad Ad and it's surely worth a listen. The song features a hypnotic backbeat behind a vocal chorus of children...simply mesmerizing!

Here's one of the most popular songs in the land to get your Monday going. It's by alternative rockers Walk the Moon and it kinda reminds me of a modern day Jessie's Girl. Pretty lighthearted and anthemic. Anybody agree? Anyway, go on out and have a great Monday!

Last night I ventured into the city with my pal Manny and we jammed out to a lot of dance music from the past decade on the way in. This is the one song that stuck in my head this morning. Great dance tune! Enjoy and Happy Sunday!

You know you like it but it drives you insane!
Here's a nice, chill tune that I discovered on Spotify recently. The song was first released two years ago and it reminds me of something Odesza might've done. Just goes to show you how much good music gets through without many people hearing it, and just so we can hear the same stuff over and over again.... Radio sucks! Check this one out...

Here's a dance tune from 1999 that reminds me of my deejay days. The artist was an Australian duo by the name of Madison Avenue and the tune really took off on dance floors for almost the entire following year. Sexy, dancey, delicious!

One of the negatives about having your music all in one place on your iPod is that sometimes you forget what music you've got in there. Case in point: Afrojack's Forget the World album. I downloaded it months ago, listened to it often for a little while, but then it got buried way down in my Currents folder by newer music and I forgot all about it. Well, luckily for me, I delved deep into that folder the past couple of days and got to listen all the way through this jam-packed album of danceable and chill tunes. The record is really quite good if you like nicely produced, dance-themed music with all sorts of nice guest vocalists and such.
One of my favorite tunes features singer Spree Wilson on The Spark. I tell you, this one would fit as well on the radio as it does on the dance floor. You should definitely give this one a listen!

From the moment she turn around
How to back it up and drop it down
Ne Yo's got a great catalog of sexy dance tunes with an R&B flavor, and here's one of his newest jams that works great in the bedroom or on the dance floor. Juicy J, who made a big name for himself on Katy Perry's Dark Horse, gives the same kind of energizing rap interlude here that he does on that one. Nice tune!

Good morning and Happy Sunday! Here's the best thing I've heard from David Guetta in a long, long time. It's a fast, frenzied and catchy jam featuring vocals from Nicki Minaj, who has collaborated with Guetta before on the classics Where Them Girls At and Turn Me On, and singer Bebe Rexha and contributions from Dutch deejay/producer Afrojack. Check out Hey Mama...

It is a beautiful spring Saturday and here's a great song to go with it. Wiz Khalifa's got the hottest song in the nation, a nice, sentimental tune from the Furious 7 Soundtrack, Check out See You Again...

I tell ya, every time I've been to Italy, I've always heard old American music on radios in stores, piazzas, and everywhere in between. On this trip I heard songs I haven't heard in a long, long time, like Tarzan Boy by Baltimora, Thinking About You by London Beat, I.O.U. by Freeze, and even a couple of old Madonna songs, like Borderline and 4 Minutes. None of those oldies got me going, though, like this one. Lionel Ritchie's All Night Long is the ultimate feel good song and I actually stayed in a clothing shop in Rome a little longer just so I could listen to the whole thing. So if you haven't heard it in awhile, I highly suggest you click play below and start your weekend off a little early this Friday morning...

Well, vacation is over and I am slowly trying to get back into the grind after an awesome trip to Europe for the past 12 days. I think it's time to get back to business with a song that seems to be very popular across the Pond these days. I think I heard it in almost every country I visited and it's a song I posted recently during the cold cold days of this winter. Back then I put it up because it reminded me of summer. Now that we're getting there, ..
Have an awesome Thursday!

Well, this is it...my last Song of the Day post for a couple of weeks. Today I am heading off to Europe for a 12-day tour with my school and so for now, I'll leave you with this new one by Giorgio Moroder and Kylie Minogue, because I'm so feeling right here, right now....Arrivederci!

Yesterday I posted a song sung in French to represent one of the countries I'll be visiting this week and today we have one in Italian, another destination on this trip. You may recognize this tune, as its English version, Be My World, charted here in the U.S. way back in 2002. The same group, an Italian-based production unit called Milky, had another hit here from the same album that you also may know called Just the Way You Are. Anyway, I LOVE the Italian version of this one, well, because I love the sound of the Italian language...so beautiful! Take a listen...
